Charlie was very attentive, helped us with everything and seemed to have a great hold of things at The Arran. The bed in the Cosy King was unbelievably comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Location was great, everything we did was a 5 min walk away.

Ideal location for train station and trams. My partner had never been to Edinburgh as a tourist so very good spot for castle and other iconic Edinburgh attractions. Hopped on a tram to Leith easily. Toured the Britannia for a couple of hours. The room was very clean with hairdryer, iron and kettle,etc. Loads of eateries in the area to cater for all tastes and budgets. We had our breakfast in the hotel both mornings because it was a very good buffet, regularly replenished and cleaned. All staff very friendly and efficient.

The kitchen was absolutely spotless and had all the cooking equipment you could possible ever need. The location could not have been more beautiful and we loved sitting in the lounge and seeing the castle, the sheep and deer outside. Ideal location to go out for a walk or cycle in the area too. The cycle storage was secure and convenient, and the room was spacious with very comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom.
Room was lovely, really nice bathroom and bed . Incredible view from our room (47) Very clean and fair for the price point . Ideal location for exploring Skye . Food was ok for the price , nothing special but much cheaper than elsewhere so can't expect much more. Breakfast selection good , cooked breakfast not the best.
