What a lovely little find. Really welcoming staff. We had the family room with an extra bed as travelling with teenagers and husband. Was beautiful and spacious, we didn't feel at all cramped. Lovely breakfast with eggs benedict as a choice. Yummy.

The apartment was large and very clean with great facilities. Good kitchen and nice shower with hot water and good shower pressure. The location was perfect. It was an easy 7 minute walk to the train station (for a slow walker) It was a 5 minute walk to the center of town where the shops and cafes are. and a picturesque 10 minute walk to the abbey gardens and Cathedral. It felt safe, which I appreciated as a solo female traveler.

Carolyn and John are very welcoming and showed me around the house. Communication prior to my arrival was great. I don't mind the shared bathrooom. Bathroom are very clean and well kept. The bed is comfortable as well. I also enjoyed the breakfast! The restaurants are walking distance from the house. I didn't have any issue walking at night. I felt safe. The location is very close to RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall. I highly recommend.

The Railway Inn at Westerfield is probably the best place both I and my wife have stayed in. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming and a great location for Sutton Hoo and the coast. A large car park made parking very easy. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay there.
