The room has been very comfortable, super clean and the view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. You can watch from Telendos via Emporios and Skalia to the Grande Grotta. If you need help, Erasmia answers in a second and also Mike is very helpful with his Taxiservices. We have been at this Location for the second time now and for sure, will visit you again. Avera studios exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great location with gorgeous balcony and view. Good value for money.

The location is great, the rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially Katerina, is very friendly and helpful. She gave us local tips to explore the island. We had a wonderful experience.

This apartment already looked beautiful from the pictures, but in person it was even better. Everything looked new and clean, the kitchen is completely functional and there's a table for 4 people inside and one outside on a very large terrace. The bathroom is very big and it has a washing machine (which we used at the end of our stay). Bonus points: sunsets from the terrace are awesome! Another bonus points if you like animals: you might get a visit from the local friendly cat(s)! The facility also has a swimming pool and a bar (which we didn't use). Parking is very easy, there are spots very close to the facility. As this is not the main town on the island, this is probably true also for high season. The host helped us with our suitcases when we arrived and showed us the apartment, the swimming pool and the bar. There is a beach close to the facility, but I can't say much because we only saw it from above. We particularly enjoyed our evening walks to the beach next to it and the Psiris restaurant (our favourite in the area).

Arrival was easy and flexible, and as we arrived late there was a sign with our names on the door along with the key making it clear where to go. The location is perfect - literally right on the (very nice) beach! You can go for a morning swim and then have breakfast on the balcony. The apartment is small but have what you need for simple cooking and storing food. The apartment also gets cleaned every day. Stella made such and effort to ensure we had a nice time and helped us with whatever we needed, and we so appreciated our time there. It's a very special place and I highly recommend it!
