People from the reception were very nice and helpful. The cleaning lady, Fatima, was very helpful and nice. She could help me in everything I needed and always with a big smile. Houssam the taxi driver is a plus aswell, he took me to every place I wanted, if you go to Nador ask the reception to put you in contact with him, very good prices and safe. The guys in the restaurant were very nice, even when they couldn't speak foreign languages, they do their best to understand you and help you. Thanks to all of you in hotel Ramsis, one day I will be back

I was able to use the kitchen annex to cook my own dinner. The view from the roof is beautiful. The rooms and toilets are very clean. Wifi was included and the connection was good enough to have a zoom call with a camera. The hotel is located right next to the Medina. BIM and taxi station are within a walking distance.

The location is excellent if you want to explore the Medina & souks. The host family is very helpful. I'm a vegetarian & there weren't many options in the city, so they offered to cook some vegetarian dinner for me, for which I'm grateful.
