From the moment you set foot in the Hotel from the moment we checked out the level of customer service was flawless. Close to Bukit Bintang and the closest MRT station was less than a 5 minute walk. The facilities are fantastic. The pool on level 51 was impressive and the adjacent sky deck was a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a large choice of Indian, Asian and Western food. The suites was large and had every appliances you need. The view from the living room was fantastic, especially at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is an awesome swimming pool on the 35th floor. I wish I went more than once. You just should make sure you wear a proper swimming suit rather than outdoor clothes like shirts and not very revealing swimwear, sports bras, a modest swimwear for the ladies and what not.
