The location was fantastic! So close to Boston commons, delicious food and the orange and red train lines. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly. The bathroom was very modern, the room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at The Dagny, and I have to highlight the exceptional service I received from Ramy Chebbo at the front desk. I was greeted with a beautiful smile upon check-in and was lucky enough to have him assist with my smooth checkout as well—talk about full-circle service! Ramy made the whole process seamless and welcoming, and I was thrilled to receive an upgraded room. It was absolutely lovely—spacious, with a cozy lounge area, a separate bathroom, and all the comfort you’d want for a relaxing stay. The Dagny is stylish, well-located, and truly elevated by staff like Ramy who make guests feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be back!

But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.
