We loved the staff. They were ready to serve us and were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with sufficient lighting. Wifi was fast, we didn't experience any buffers. The experience was amazing from the understanding stuff to the nearby river that could be heard from our room to the buffer breakfast that catered for both non-vegeterian and vegeterian diets. We loved it in Olsupat Lodge and we highly recommend anyone looking for a serene environment.

The apartment was huge and very clean. We arrived late and the receptionist Jim, kindly upgraded us - we found ourselves on 13th floor with the most incredible views over Nairobi - a lovely start to our holiday! The rooftop infinity pool was fab, even swimming under a grey, cloudy sky. Worth noting, that there is a coffee shop, convenience store and cocktail bar/restaurant, all off the main entrance lobby which was really handy.
