The service was amazing all the staff was welcoming especially Philip thank you on making our stay on the hotel exceptional. The 3rd floor staff are amazing on cleaning our penthouse and provide us with everything we need or we might need. The food is amazing in the hotel. breakfast was excellent variety and the dinner is delicious and the best in Kitzbühel.
