CanadaThe stay itself was fantastic. The room was nice, we enjoyed the little pool, breakfast was good, and it was in a peaceful quiet spot.
The host though, saved our trip on its first day. I was trying to turn around in the driveway and got our rental SUV stuck in the grass against a tree, right away he called up some neighbours to help push it out. After I was so stressed and he offered his beers to help us relax. What a great guy, and great introduction to tico hospitality.

United StatesThe environment and the way it all looked so natural and authentic. From the cabins to the common areas, it was truly a great way to start my trip. I loved the staff they were so sweet, and kind. I really enjoyed the costa rican dishes at the restaurant. I cant truly express how beautiful and peaceful this place is. Definitely recommend!

We appreciated him greatly as a host/manager. Food was good at breakfast but fair for lunch/dinner. Prices for room very inexpensive but very hot during day. Fan did not cool off during daytime. Lots of bugs in cabins. Area was beautiful and maintained w/small lakes and nice waterfall hike. Would go back if in area and would know what to expect.Guest review byDebiYoung couple
