Amazing view with balcony overlooking southern mountains and hills from my room. Tidy & clean, with a decent restaurant on-site so not necessary to drive out to eat. Toiletries are sufficient. Thoughtful details in the room. Pleasantly surprised to find this in such a location.

Great location. View of the mountains is brilliant. We were lucky to watch Mount Kinabalu on all the days we stayed. It was covered in clouds and slowly it will clear to show its majestic self.

the staff was extremely helpful and kind. we stayed here on either side of hiking Mt Kinabalu, and would recommend it for any traveller. 10-15 minute walk from town and a series of restaurants. Great view.

The serene and quietness of the environment and the best part is the Magnificent view of Mt. Kinabalu in the morning. Simply breathtaking view. Remember to wake up half an hour before sunrise time to view the "golden rays shining on Mt. Kinabalu". One will never regret waking up early.
