If you can budget for the stay, it was well worth it! The staff were amazing, the grounds were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable with everything you need and more! It was a truly wonderful experience for my whole family, and we would recommend this to anyone traveling on holiday to Dunedin.

The owner was lovely , friendly and helpful. It was very cosy, warm and homely. Had an awesome supply of goodies for breakfast including fresh fruit , lovely jams and juices. Beds comfy, shower good.

There was a problem with Braestone lodge and we couldn’t stay there, so the owner accommodated us next door in their other accommodation which was absolutely lovely. We greatly appreciated both the apartment and the care of the owner to allow us to quickly move there and not have to find other accommodation.
