My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Milima Big 5 Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger area in South Africa, and it was, without a doubt, one of the most remarkable experiences of our lives. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking beauty of the lodge and its surroundings. The lodge perfectly blends luxury and nature, offering an authentic yet comfortable safari experience. Accommodation: The rooms were beautifully appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the sight of the stunning landscape right from our window was a daily delight. Staff: The staff at Milima Big 5 went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Food: The culinary experience was a highlight in itself. Each meal was a delightful adventure, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The quality and presentation of the food were exceptional, adding to the overall luxury of our stay. Wildlife Experience: The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the wildlife. Guided by our fantastic guide, Sydney, we embarked on thrilling game drives, witnessing an abundance of animals in their natural habitat. Sydney's knowledge and passion for wildlife enriched our experience, making each sighting more special. Milima Big 5 Safari Lodge is more than just a place to stay; it's a gateway to a magical and unforgettable safari adventure. We left with hearts full of joy and memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for an extraordinary safari experience in South Africa.

Everything about African Flair is just out of this world, the moment you enter with such a great welcome from outside drinks already waiting for us. I love the way they designed the structure of the Lodge and dressing it so elegantly with all these amazing African decors, and the fact that you don’t even need to bring your book as they’re just everywhere to immerse yourself whether African culture, diversity, safari or animals etc… The list goes on. I should warn you though, the moment you enter your private room, my god! They definitely don’t make it easy for guest to go anywhere, you literally have everything you need and that kind of comfort is heaven on earth true paradise for couples whether on Honey moon or vacation. Worth every dime which is also affordable. Wait till they open up the other room upstairs for you to sleep in the tranquility of watching the stars ✨ as they’re clearly visible there with distraction of City lights. Perfect breakfast and mini bar fridge that is packed with everything and anything you feel like at your comfort space. My husband is from South Africa and we both live in Dubai, even he said he was in Hoedspruit before but never saw anything like that. We thankful for services and will definitely come back next time with more time at our hand.

The staff is highly professional, the hospitality is above and beyond the 5-stars hotel. The food is delicious and high-quality like in a very good restaurant (don't forget they are in the middle of savannah!). The rooms are super-clean and equipped with anything you might need during your stay. You have no need to worry about anything. Whatever you ask is organized for you at the time you want. Game drives, Never and Mateo's excellent knowledge and personalities. They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge. Breakfast and lunches and service by Munya. Pool area Pick up service from the airport. Birding around the camp Air conditioning in the room

Wonderful lodge with absolutely amazing staff who made our stay unforgettable. Beautifully decorated bungalows with private balconies overlooking the river. Food was fantastic, service was excellent, overall ten out of ten.

What a classy place. The decor is stunning. The owner has really put in an amazing amount of effort to create a special place to stay in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. Everything we needed was cetered for in our unit, we stayed there very comfortably for a week. Fantastic views from either of our the bedrooms and special animal and bird sightings everyday. Thank you for an amazing stay!
