No other property has better views or access to Gutierrez lake. Across the street from a small neighborhood with a great vibe during summertime (when we visited). Boasting a large flower garden and impressive mountain views, Sukal is located in El Bolsón. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. The owners of the property are incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed in the Bungalow, plenty of room for a couple, very well built nice view. Convenient if you are hiking the Piltriquitron trail to the El Bosque Tallado woods and the Refugio (about a 25-30 minute drive from here to the trailhead parking lot). Probably best suited for those with a car as it is a 10 minute drive to downtown tourist area of El Bolson. Seemingly very safe part of town. Rural feel but not far by car to groceries and restaurants.

Luxurious experience all the way. Excellent attention to detail and profesional staff. We will be back and recommend you to all our friends. The pool is at perfect temperature and facilities are beautiful and comfortable. Even the apples from the apple tree are so tasty!

She not only took care of our room, she answered any questions we had and even some Argentinian cultural customs like how to properly drink mate :) The location is centrally located to town, 5m walk so you can attend Feria Artesanal, sample all the food and craft beers without having to drive (zero alcohol tolerance law here). Speaking of car, you can park inside of her courtyard behind locked gate so it is very secure. Property is nice and clean and well kept both inside and outside. Finally the tourism office is few minutes away which makes Cabañas Tunquelen an easy launch point for all your outdoor adventures from El Bolsón!!!
