Boasting an outdoor pool and a hot tub, La Finca Lodge is located in Fortuna, 35 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Complimentary WiFi is available. We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. The rooms, the veranda with hammock, and the pool and jacuzzi are all great places to relax after a long day. Also great that you have the opportunity for dinner on the farm in case you don’t want to drive anymore. Lastly, we did an amazing quad ride organized by La Finca Lodge, which we would recommend to everyone.

Surrounded by 860 private acres of tropical rainforest and featuring an on-site lake, a swimming pool, a sun terrace and games room, Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails is located within the Arenal... Awesome attention, their personnel is amazing, they treat you with kindness and compassion all the time. Everything is so unique, clean and well taken care of. Observation deck in front of the restaurant is perfect and the observation tower visit early in the morning will allow you to see many animals including spider monkeys :) This property is for the ones who prefer nature, comfort and still a little bit of adventure over luxury or having an Instagram urban experience. Is down to earth and still a wonderful inmersive but delicate dive into the wild, respectful to the animals and all living creatures.

Very helpful with recommendations and knowledgeable about the surrounding area as well as other areas in Costa Rica.

We felt so comfortable and at home during our stay. The space is incredibly spacious, cozy, and impeccably maintained. It’s also well-equipped with everything you might need. On top of that, the staff is wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Nohe and Jay were very welcoming and the food (we had breakfast and dinner) was delicious and well balanced. We loved the vibe of the little oasis and would recommend the night walk with Jay to anyone. We learned a lot about the local wildlife from them and also got wonderful tips for the rest of our trip. We would have loved to stay a little longer.

Beautiful uninterrupted view of the Arenal volcano and valley. Quiet, rural setting with a few cabins nearby. The bedroom had double windows opening on to the patio. It was a good size with 2 comfortable queen beds and a put up bed for a child. Aircon was only in the bedroom, it was quiet and efficient. There was a large shower unit with lots of hot water. Cushioned seats and a table were on a covered patio which was large enough to use during a downpour. The settee in the living area was a good size. The kitchen has a full sized freestanding cooker with 4 rings , a microwave, rice steamer, and mini oven grill, coffee machine and kettle. Cooking utensils were limited to spoons/ slice and a knife. There were plenty of pans & a colander. The 11kg load washing machine was a bonus. Daniel was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. We were delighted when he introduced us to Freddy a local sloth at the end of the drive.

Finca Amistad Cacao Lodge offers 60 hectares of Cocoa farm and guests can enjoy tours, chocolate and bird watching. The accommodation features a seating area. We really enjoyed everything at the cacao lodge. The staff was exceptionally nice, hospitable and helpful. Breakfasts were very good generous and tasty. The complementary spa and cacao farm tours were a very nice addition to our stay. Very happy we chose Finca Amistad. Highly recommended.
