The view was the highlight! Very friendly staff. The shuttle to the downtown option is very practical. It can be the solution if you don't have a rental car since the hotel is like 5-10min drive from the downtown (on a hill). The breakfast has a large variety and it is offered in the restaurant with a view! The pool was also nice. Good value for price paid.

The view of Chania town from the top of a hill was excellent. All of the balconies and the pool area has the same lovely view. The room was clean in general but the decoration of the room was a bit outdated. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The free shuttle service they provide every half an hour for both ways is useful which takes about 10 minutes to go to town center. The pool area is lovely for the guests who want to relax. The breakfast was good except from the coffee quality. Overall was a good value for money.

The hotel arranged our pick up from the airport which was wonderful as our plane was delayed until 3am and the airport was almost shut. The room was very clean, bed really comfortable. Good toiletries provided. Kettle and coffee too.

The views from our room where lovely although due to the style and age of the property the balcony was a bit tricky to make your way about due to the shutters. The rooms are small but adequate as we where only staying a few days. Reception staff where very pleasant and helpful. Lift is on the small side, room for just 2 average people. The location is great, almost in the center of the quay, with an abundance of shops and cafes on the doorstep.

Beautiful hôtel with beautiful swimming pool and view of the town and sea. The rooms were normal size. The staff at the front desk were exceptional in always making sure everything was good and very helpful with planning places to visit. The staff at breakfast and the restaurant were very friendly as well with a superbe buffet breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. To top it off there was a free shuttle service to and from center town which made it so easy to go out to est and shop. Highly recommend the hotel

The house and the pool area were clean, surroundings quiet. Kitchen had all dishes and cookware plus salt, sugar, coffee filters, some bottled water, and a nice welcome drink and local snacks. Washer worked, security shutters worked as blackout curtains. Pool towels were supplied in addition to bath towels. Great outdoor areas to chill after a busy day. Very helpful and friendly host.
