Pillows and towels were fluffy, everything was absolutely clean and the amenities were nicely selected - the detailed care put into the room made it an experience.

Loved the place! It was our 7th time visiting Vancouver. So we've stayed at a lot of places in the past and can compare. Absolutely loved the Smithe House. Everything at the room/apartment is very well thought out, you have everything you need (*even umbrellas for the rainy Vancouver!). The staff is extremely helpful and nice, they were always available if we needed any help or support. So definitely happy with the stay 10/10.

The apartment is lovely exactly as described. The owner had thought of everything in regards to cleaning products. The location is great, it's in the middle of everywhere we had to go. I would recommend this apartment to others to stay in.

Vivi is the kindest host and she really cares about her guests being comfortable and happy. We would recommend staying here to anyone. She was very welcoming and genuine. We felt very safe.

This was a great place to stay. Gorgeous home, super clean and comfortable room. Incredible bathroom (heated floors). We had a lot of luggage, so carrying it up the stairs was a bit of a challenge. We sat out on the balcony and enjoyed coffee offered as part of the deal. I would advise buying some munchies or things to eat in your room for breakfast to store in the fridge as there didn't seem to be any stores nearby. (we didn't have a car). It's just 10 minutes from the airport, so was convenient when we left in the morning to fly back to Japan.

It is an incredibly beautiful property, with warmth and thoughtful design in every corner. The yard offers stunning views, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, giving a cozy, homey feel. What I liked the most were the hosts; they are warm, friendly, sincere, and courteous. They are generous, helpful, and willing to share. I had an absolutely wonderful time here.
