We had an incredible stay at Noemie hotel. The room is a good size and has everything you need and nothing you dont. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is close to grocery stores and a 5 min walk to the beach with all the restaurants. The breakfast is hosted at one of the restaurants and it was so tasty and plentiful. We ended up getting a flat tire and needed help with changing it to the spare and the guy who runs the hotel (forgot how to spell his name sorry) offered to help and went out of his way to translate to the tire shop for us. Literally gods gift to earth, he was an angel. The hospitality of Albania, and more specifically Noemie Hotel, is unmatched.

This ir really not a hotel or apartment, this is experience you will never forget. The hotel owner takes care about her customers in every step. You will feel like you are not somewhere far from your home, but more like visiting your mom :) This apartment totally will change your understanding what beachfront apartment and what sea view means :) This is the best terrace we have ever been. No words can describe the view and the feeling. If you are going to Albania, this place is a must to visit and before you are booking flight tickets, you must check if you can make booking at least for few days in Artis Blue as they have only 2 rooms and you are lucky and blessed if you have possibility to visit this magical place. Its is really magical. I don't want to write about basic things, because everything is perfect there, just to mention few details like your own wine fridge and your own ice machine in apartment :) Location is also perfect to as its only few steps from promenade of Himare and you have best point of view to promenade from your terrace and windows. We also recommend to take boat tour for Himare coast, which was also amazing and can be recommended by host. We were also surprised by nice gift from the host in the end of our stay :) Albanian government should award their people keeping the places like that and taking such natural care of their visitors, because this is the best thing representing beauty of Albania and hospitality of Albanian people! We love you and we dream every night to come back soon :) Thank you one more time for our unforgettable experience!

The view was wonderful and priceless. The room was perfectly designed to see the view in every corner dhe to enjoy the privacy. The 🛁 was in perfect place to see the 🌊 dhe city and it was great to enjoy in day and night. The staff was very kind and replayed for everything we asked in the moment. The owner family was super nice and polite. They have a great garden with tomatoes, egg plants, chillies, peppers and many other veggies which they use for daily breakfast for guests. The owner was very kind to fix a shower problem although it was late in the night. I mentioned that the shower didn't work well and Tony fixed it within an hour. Very much appreciate his smiling face and efforts to give good experience to guests. Breakfast and coffee were super good.

This hotel was a perfect and comfortable stay near the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fantastic views of the sea. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach and the hotel had access to one of the private clubs with comfortable loungers. There was also a supermarket right across from the hotel which made it very convenient. The staff were very friendly and attentive, provided great recommendations and helped with any necessary arrangements. Would highly recommend and stay at again!

Kiriakos and Aphrodite are very welcoming and great hosts. We felt like they were our family. Everything we needed they gave us with a big smile and a lot of love. The room was very big, with a little refrigerator and hanger for our wet bathing suites. Kiriakos also made sure we always have parking :-) Everything was just perfect!!!

What did we like most? George and Demetri! The hosts could not have been more friendly and kind! George gave us recommendations for restaurants and beach which we appreciated. You can tell there’s a lot of pride in this hotel. People were working all the time cleaning the common areas like lobby and pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was modern and very relaxing after a long travel day. Parking was easy with a large lot just across the street. The hotel was lit up at night and really gave it a nice presence as we were approaching. Both mornings we had breakfast in their beautiful dining area. George kindly offered us his grandmother’s jam. We were there for two nights and really enjoyed our stay! Great value in Himare. Thank you George, Demetri and family!

Lovely location, beach is easily accessible. Restaurants are across the beach, boats are available to explore secret and pristine crystal water beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Also, Himare castle which is also a worthy place to visit.

We really liked Livadhi beach.

We really liked Livadhi beach. It is not too large, was quiet when we visited (late September), and has beautiful views. It is a pebble beach, so can be a bit challenging to get into the sea. The water was clear and had a very nice temperature. There are several restaurants and bars, as well as some small supermarkets where you can get essentials if you want to cook yourself. For eating out, I recommend Dimitri's, which is at the entry to the beach. Great food (Greek inspired), very reasonable prices and efficient service. We did visit the main strip of Himare one evening but were not impressed. Could be anywhere (Greece, Spain etc.) and the food we had was average at best.

Himarë is the kind of place that captures your heart the moment you arrive. The town is small but full of charm, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals. You’ll find everything you need: beaches, restaurants, little shops, and a touch of authentic Albanian hospitality. The beaches are truly the highlight. From the main Himarë beach along the promenade to the smaller coves near Prinos, the water is crystal clear and inviting. Street parking is free and accessible. For those who love exploring, having a car is a must—nearby treasures like Porto Palermo, Aquarium Beach, and Gjipe (which requires a short but rewarding 2 km hike) are absolutely worth it. Himarë has both the charm of a quiet village and the energy of a seaside town. You’ll enjoy fresh seafood, traditional Greek-Albanian dishes, and the simple pleasure of strolling along the corniche at sunset. It’s not overly touristy yet, which makes it feel authentic and special. The only thing I didn’t like? That our stay was too short! Two nights are not enough for Himarë: it deserves much more time to be discovered and enjoyed. And next time, I won’t leave without trying the famous Greek gyros at one of the local restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a mix of beautiful beaches, authentic culture, and a peaceful yet lively atmosphere. Himarë is definitely a destination to return to.

Very cozy little town, amazing mountains. Has everything you need. Several grocery stores. Nice people, program options, hiking, crystal clear water everywhere, free beach, sunbeds if you want. Pleasant evening music. Good restaurants. The Great Chimara tour was amazing!!!

Our stay here was amazing. The room was clean and nice. The staff was really kind to us, answered every our question and helped us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, really close to the Potam beach which is free so it is great if you don’t want to pay for sunbeds and the other beaches are very close too, same as the city centre - just about 20-30 minutes by feet. We stayed also in different areas in Albania but in Himare and in this hotel we liked it the most. Great price also, would definitely recommend and come back.

Family managing the hotel are the kindest. I can't thank them enough for all the help and recommendations they provided us about beautiful Himare! They serve breakfast everyday between 8 and 10. It's full of delicious homemade food and typical bakery (we loved byrek). Also, bedroom was elegant, clean and truly comfortable. Kind regards from Spain to our number 1 accommodation in Albania! My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Karos Hotel. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, just like the rest of the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool. George and the entire staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location was also perfect, with many beaches around Himarë just a short drive distance away, making it easy for us to explore the area!
