Located in the center of Krujë, Hotel Panorama Kruje is set just 1312 feet from the historic fortress Kalaja e Krujes. We liked everything! Located in the old bazaar, it was very clean and the view from the room was amazing! The staff was very helpful and breakfast was super!

I liked everything about the motel. The staff is super friendly, the room was great, parking was great, and breakfast was great! They worked hard to make sure our car would not blocked in on market morning; Sunday. Top 10 place!

This is apartment has the most beautiful location. The view is amazing and it's super close to the bazar, the musea etc. Very warm and friendly owners, breakfast is great, very cozy next to the fireplace. We also had dinner twice which was also excellent. Highly recommended!

It is a nice town, located on an historical place,, with a splendid Museum of Ethnology and a very poor reconstruction of the Castle of Scanderbeg (now National Museum). The bazar offers the best ancient dresses and curiosities of Albania...and a lot of souvenirs, of course
Only stayed one night but a memorable stay. A couple of nights might have given an opportunity to explore more. Good place to stay going north from Tirana or as a final stay before returning to the airport.
We only stayed one night although if you are adventurous and want to see more of albania in depth I think a few nights would be good. The castle and market can take up just a few hours. The hotel Panorama is a nice respite ... high quality bedding and a good restaurant... comfortable, clean and friendly.
Kruje is an historic town that seems to play a major role in the Albanian sense of national identity. The original home and stronghold of national hero Skanderbeg, it has a castle that dominates the skyline and a pleasing feel to the town during the daytime. The bazaar is pretty but all shops seem to sell the same tourist trinkets. We would have loved to see some real local artists displaying their works here, but this was not the case. There is an excellent hotel to have a good meal, Hotel Panorama, which hosts most of the tour groups too. We stayed at the newer but also excellent Mervin Hotel. The town is very quiet at night, though we went in mid-September, at the end of the season. There was also a rather intimidating group of loose dogs that were roaming the streets at night that made walking around potentially hazardous. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and the winding drive to reach the town is well worth it!
The Skanderbeg Museum and especially the Ethnology Museum both well worth a visit. The Old Bazaar interesting for the specific crafts and some friendly locals. We ate at the Hotel Panorama restaurant good food and reasonable prices. There are plenty of walks to do depending on the hezt.
We stayed in the old Kruja inside the Media wall. The town at 630 m above the sea with a beautiful view. Beautiful and rich Museum of the great Albanian fighter against the Ottoman in the XV century-Gjergj Kastrioti known as Skanderbeg, Old Town and its stone steep streets, restaurants with tasty food and good prices with pleasant staff. Bazaar with old and new items be sure to see. Our accommodation was neat and affordable in an old renovated house built into the walls. The Kruja positively surprised me.
We liked everything! Located in the old bazaar, it was very clean and the view from the room was amazing! The staff was very helpful and breakfast was super!
