It' s a small familly business ran by a wonderful family who is always smiling at you, always there for anything you might need from 5 am till midnught! . Luciano, the son, knows English and is well mannered young man, super nice and polite, and his parents are super nice people as well. Even though my mom doesn't speak English just like his parents, the three of them managed to communicate easily ☺️

It was really well kept and the staff was super friendly. The place was clean and the owner lady was really dedicated and helpful. The beach was nice and we got 3 sunbeds for 20 euros. But the beach is situated 15-20 mins walk from the hotel. Bathrooms were well kept. The breakfast was super nice and delicious. So many options

Very clean, quiet, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Wonderful rain shower with strong pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy soap/shampoo dispenser. Easy parking next to the building. Good communication via WhatsApp with the very kind host. Excellent price. A very short 10-minute drive to Butrint Archaeological Park and 20 minutes to Saranda. The most fun part of our one night here was sitting on our balcony in the evening watching 100+ goats pass by en route from pasture. It was quite a parade!
