The staff was really nice and made us all feel welcome.

The staff was amazing super helpful and friendly. Also the location is great and beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer

The property was exceptional. It offered parking, it had its own restaurant, it was easy to get to, and the view was fantastic. The owner, Silvana, was AMAZING, to talk to.

The quality,good service,clean,

The grounds are beautiful and the hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food at both the cafe and restaurant was delicious and the service was great!

Hôtel bien situé, proche de l’aéroport. Restaurant vraiment pas cher. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande vivement !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely beautiful location, with views over the hills and the mountains. No noise from the road or planes. We loved the swimming pool and the food from the restaurant.

Beautiful new small hotel with a great lake view. Food served on patio for breakfast and dinner was also very good. Staff was very friendly and eager to serve.

Great place to stay close to the Airport. Large rooms, nice breakfast, very clean, friendly staff, big and safe parking, definitely good value for money.

the staff is very friendly...the hotel is very very clean and the rooms are decorated on a daily basis

For a night stay close to the airport, it ticks all the boxes. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good although not a buffet style.

Location was good, lietrally 3 min walk to the airport entrance. The only issue is that there is still some construction ongoing on the road but that falls beyond the hotels' capabilities.

It was very clean, confortable and specially noise insulated so I slept very well.

Every thing. Hotel was amazing of location. Clean, space of room.Reception employee was very helpful with clear explanation of facilities and service.

We chose this hotel mainly because it was the most affordable option near the airport, so we honestly did not expect much. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, the restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the young man at the reception, Omar Kajmaku, was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. What impressed us most was his exceptional service. We accidentally left our earrings in the room after checking out and were already on our way to the airport when Omar immediately called us. He went out of his way to bring the earrings to us at the airport himself, completely on his own initiative. We were genuinely surprised and very grateful. This level of care and service is something you rarely experience. Thank you, Omar, for being so helpful and attentive. Absolutely excellent service!

Great service, Shuttle was also very easy even at 4am

Nice small hotel, next to airport.Stay there before morning flight. Good parking.Rooms are not big,but clean and good enough for one night stay.Elevator is helpful,if you have heavy bags.Good value for money.

Lovely spot by the castle. Our dinner was exceptionally good. Staff was extremely helpful.

The staff was amazing especially Ori, the girl at the reception. She helped us with so many things. She was always smiling. I booked for one night and ended up extending my stay for 4 more nights. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are big and very well furnished. The bathroom is very nice. There is a restaurant and a bar near the reception with a very affordable price and very delicious food. The breakfast was very good. The location is near the airport and the city center. A nice place to stay if you want to be near the airport and not far from the center of Tirana.

Easy to find. The hotel is made as a medieval castle. The family room is spaceous. There are restaurant and playground for kids in hotel's garden. It was clean in the room. The menu choise is very limited. Only several basic dishes.
