We had an amazing time at this hotel. Very beautiful rooms and service. Close to town center. Perfect

The staff at this beautiful hotel (just two years old) overlooking Tirana and the surrounding mountains were exceptional. The owner was there to greet us at 1:30 AM after a late airport arrival. The restaurant staff was very eager to please and even prepared a to-go breakfast for us as we had an early morning departure after our three night stay. Breakfasts were the best we have had after traveling for two months, and our one dinner in the hotel restaurant was outstanding. We had booked a taxi for 7:00 AM on our departure day for a 25 minute ride to the central bus station for our 8:00 AM trip to Sofia, Bulgaria. Unfortunately, the taxi driver used by the hotel decided not to show up. It is now 7:15 AM, and any new taxi would take 20 minutes to reach the hotel. In a panic, I asked the lead female employee from the restaurant if someone from the hotel staff could drive us. She ends up calling and waking up the owner who manages to get to the hotel by 7:30 AM. With no time to spare, bobbing and weaving through Saturday morning traffic 'grand prix' style, we successfully get to the station at 8:00.AM. The hotel owner does not leave until we are safely on our bus and refuses to accept any payment. Now, that's customer service 'above and beyond' all expectations!

First of all the welcome and the family operating this hotel really want you to enjoy your stay. All the rooms are being redone and the bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean. There is a bar and cafe/breakfast room where you are invited for breakfast. Please remember what you are paying for your stay here which is in central Tirana, and the services you are offered. If there is something not right then tell them-no use complaining for a missing toilet roll after the event I found the small family run hotel more than good for my stay and will certainly return when I am in Tirana.

Great new hotel. Everything was new and clean and the rooms were spacious. You can ask for a free parking I believe they have limited numbers but we got our spot by requesting early on. The restaurant in the lobby serves amazing lunch for great prices.

Excellent communication with the host, she was also very helpful in recommending places to go! Nearby grocery and restaurants, very close to the beach. Having a washer was amazing!

It was pleasure to stay in this hotel. Very friendly, clean and quiet place.

The room was very nice, also the food excelent. We went for Christmas and everything went perfect. Staff was excellent! ❤️

We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel! I would especially like to mention the lovely girl at the reception. When we first entered our room, we noticed a strange smell. We mentioned it to her, and she immediately apologized and said she would do her best to air the room out. However, when we returned from our walk, she had gone the extra mile and upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a bathtub in the room and a balcony! She even apologized again when we returned. Thank you so much for everything! The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, and the gentleman working in the restaurant was simply wonderful — so kind and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!
