New facility, very good conditions, everything is tidy and the staff is amazing. The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable. The restaurant is very good and the prices are more than decent. We requested a late check out as we arrived very late at night on our last day of stay as we got stranded in the mountains on our motorcycles and they were incredibly kind and allowed us to stay without any additional charge. I also forgot something in the room and the staff was very helpful and understanding and provided all the help they could give.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and they even gave us a free room upgrade. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with everything neat and clean. The room and bathroom were spotless. The view from the hotel was amazing, especially at night—you can see almost all of Tirana from the hotel! 🌃✨ The swimming pool was also very nice, and our kids enjoyed it so much. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. 🏊‍♂️😊 If you’re looking for a peaceful break away from the busy city, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended, especially for families with kids! ❤️

Staff , food , room , everything was 10/10

Elite palace is a cute hotel outside of the main city of Tirana, it is comfortable, easy to find and away from the traffic and noise. The staff was very welcoming and if needed, I will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jurgen Resort. Jurgen, the owner, was exceptionally hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a lovely touch, and he even offered complimentary rides into the city centre. His warmth and generosity made the experience truly memorable.

Hospitality Service and staff , late check in, parking, all hotel facilities, very big room, beautiful view, comfortable bed and pillows, easy to find location, good value. Highly recommended!
