From the hotel reservation which was seamless to free airport pickup (timely and diligent). The hotel rooms are big. Very comfortable and sparkling. The staff are on ground 247 to assist with enquiries. They also advised us on tourist actives and negotiated fair rates with the taxi. Eddy, the manager was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. The breakfast was really good and they made us feel at home. The hotel location is also central and close to supermarkets and restaurants where you can eat. As a group of female travellers, we felt very safe! I recommend this hotel and I will stay again if I visit Tirana another time.

The location is pretty close to the center, convenient to the airport but still away from the noise/ hustle. We stayed here in the family rooms at the beginning of our trip for a night and at the end for two nights. On-site, safe parking is available.
