I loved EVERYTHING ! From the interiors, details of the room were well thought out for. Heated floors, amazing staff and caring! I needed a medicine it was almost midnight and the owner took his car and went to get me the medicine. It was an amazing place to stay.

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were comfortable, even giving us a tour of the house. Her place is perfectly situated near Sevan Lake, making it an ideal spot if you're visiting the area. The view, with apple trees surrounding the house, is simply breathtaking. Rose went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants and even advising us on what to order, which was super helpful when the waitress tried to push something that wasn’t something local. Our stay was nothing short of perfect—she even baked us a delicious Armenian dish in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home.

The apartment has 3 rooms with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. I stayed in one room for 2 nights and basically had the whole apartment for mysef for one night. The owner was pretty helpful even though they did not speak English fluently.
