The staff deserves special praise: extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. They made us feel truly welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant, perfect for rest and relaxation. The swimming pool deserves special mention- crystal clear, beautifully maintained, and very relaxing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is something special. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully considered, making it one of the most relaxing and pleasant experiences we’ve had. The property itself is immaculate — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a perfect balance of luxury and homeliness. Every corner feels cared for, and the ambiance speaks volumes about the team’s dedication. We want to give a special thanks to Armine, the manager, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — always with a smile and a sincere desire to help. You can instantly tell she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests. We left feeling refreshed, well taken care of, and deeply grateful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality experience with world-class service. We’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent choice hotel. Perfect location near the square and sights. Room was small but has everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice spread with fruit cheese and meats and few hot dishes.
