It is a very cosy place facing late Argentina. The place is tidy and quite. Susan is the best host I have ever met. She is kind, generous and warm. I dont speak Spanish but we talked a lot using translator. I feel so relaxed with her in her cosy place. If you have more time highly suggest you spend more days here to clear up the mind. Very enjoyable and peaceful stay.

Beautiful rooms and property. Room was nice and cozy, warm despite the cold weather. Great breakfast, and the box lunches for the excursions were good. Very friendly staff, always willing to help with whatever we needed and very accommodating. Wonderful hotel, would definitely come again next time I’m in El Calafate.
