Amazing property with beautiful views. The hot pool is great. Really loved our stay.

Our room was super spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could want. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was used by us every night! The outside area on the property was also gorgeous - pool, beach access, lots of lounge areas. But most outstanding part of our stay was the customer service - the front desk was instantly responsive on WhatsApp even before we arrived. They booked us restaurants, recommended day trips, customized breakfast for us when what we wanted wasn’t on the menu. It was truly above & beyond what I’ve experienced at any other venue.

Super comfortable and the Major suite has the best view of the place

Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the pool and sauna (until a family with 2 screaming crying children ruined it). Location was good and the breakfast in the room was tasty. And don't get me started on the jacuzzi tub!!! AMAZING!!

Breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, location is beautiful. Nice place to relax. The restaurant is great. I have visited La Cascada twice this year and probably will go again in 2024.

The views. The attention from Daiana was amazing.

Very nice and comfortable place! Quiet in the nature and the cabin was just exceptional! BBQ place outside , heated swimming pool and small breakfast

Good location roght next to the mountain, wooden main reception. Let us keep our gear while we hiked around.

Great lobby and restaurant Nice ambiance

Receptionist Maria Jose, had great customer service. She was very helpful and always friendly and professional.

Tranquil location. Beautiful apartments with everything you need

The setting is away from town and toward beautiful nature. Immediately you access the Circuito Chico. The hotel is beautiful with great views, and the staff are kind and helpful.

This place made our stay all the more pleasant in Bariloche. The breakfast and restaurant were amazing and well priced. We took advantage of the pool and patio Our balcony had a great view of Lake Nahuel.

The lodge is absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, huge, with an incredible view over playa Bonita. The private spa in the room is absolutely gorgeous. Excellent gourmet breakfast. The staff is always available to help.

Very nice and comfortable place, nice and big rooms, very well equipped with a really nice view of the Nahuel Uapi lake.

Camila had a cheerful reception Me and my wike loved the stay and the breakfast

Starting with the location, very peaceful and not so far from the center. The suite is very comfortable, all the other areas are very clean as well. The homemade pastries for the breakfast are super delicious. The staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the property.

The breakfast was great. It included scrambled eggs. The manager was very friendly and nice enough to let us into our room at 1:30 p.m. so we could go hiking.
