This apartment is perfectly situated in this relatively quiet part of the city: bars, restaurants, shops and bus stops all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, quiet (faces the middle of the building, so no traffic noise whatsoever) and secure, with a friendly concierge always on the front desk. We had a heatwave while we were there, but the air-conditioning is fast and efficient. The swimming pool on the roof is the icing on the cake.

Silvina is a wonderful host, just ask her and she will help you with anything. Very responsive to messages on WhatsApp. The hotel is so interesting and quiet. There is everything you need close by from laundry to produce to restaurants to pharmacies and more. The tourist section of La Boca is also very close and you are just two blocks from the famous La Bombonera stadium. If you happen to be as lucky as I was to see them play I highly recommend you do so. You are in good hands with Silvina, she will take great care of you!
