Un hotell bun pentru tranzit de cateva zile. Curatenie, mic dejun foarte bun iar personalul foarte amabil. Parcarea mare in fata hotelului cu multe magazine in apropiere.

Sala de sport sauna dormitorul ..

Patul confortabil, mic de jun destul de bine, personalul amabil.

We loved the host, she tried to please, kind and warm, available and present. They are very well connected meaning that having an app helping you organize your staying. Surrounding are breathtaking, the road seemed horror first but after some comes and backs it is quite charming.

Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed and fully paid reservation for two nights, Saturday and Sunday, with check-out on Monday. Both nights were fully paid in advance. On Saturday night, I was already on my way to the hotel when the receptionist called me. I told her that I was on the road and would arrive in approximately 20 minutes. She then apologized and told me that unfortunately she could no longer give me the room because of a problem with the shower. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was left without accommodation in the middle of the night and had to urgently find another hotel myself. I was not a no-show and I did not cancel my reservation — I was actually on my way to the hotel. What makes this even more disappointing is that this was not my first stay at this hotel. I had stayed here before and therefore trusted the hotel. I would have expected to be informed much earlier about any problem with the room, or at least to be offered alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled caused me a lot of stress and additional expenses. I am extremely disappointed and would not have expected this from a hotel where I had stayed before and trusted.

A fost totul foarte curat și personalul amabil
