Completely automated check in and check out. Lobby, utility room, and door codes. Easy to use. Everything was intuitive. Air conditioning was in each area of the apartment and worked well. Reasonable distance to a train station that gets you to/from the airport as well as a Metro/Ubahn station (400-500 m away).

Nice a cozy place in quite part of Vienna. Easy to reach and not so far from popular tourist attractions. Good children playground and some nice caffes nearby. We enjoyed our time there!

Very clean, comfortable, all the necessary amenities are there. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen table is a good size. The bathroom and the shower are modern, big, and clean. The patio is great with a beautiful view over the city. Location is safe and very convenient for the public transportation. Several grocery shops, bakeries, restaurants are within short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Everything! Facilities were working great, big space to put things around, updated technology in the rooms, and close enough to the public transportation. Genuinely worth the money and more! The staff you communicate with here in Booking was also very friendly, helpful, and would try to consistently respond to your questions.

The apartment was just lovely, spacious (for 2 persons) with plenty of natural light, and located in a good area. It had 2 rooms (a large living room, and a bedroom), a kitchen and a bathroom. The bed was great, good mattress, the building was quiet, we had slept perfectly. The kitchen had everything needed for a few days stay, we had a coffee machine and the coffee was on the house. The location is great, with a metro station right there (10 min to Stephansplatz via U3), a park, a bakery, a supermarket, garbage disposals etc. There is a large parking with good prices (3-4 euros per day) at about 10minute walk, near the Danube canal. The host was very kind. We had self check-in and check-out, with key in a lock box, easy to handle. We came by car, and the location was easy to reach. Would definitely return to this place.
