This is a very beautiful part of the world - perhaps the most beautiful part of Australia's coastline. There are great things to do such as boat / yacht trips, snorkelling, diving, bushwalking, flying over the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef, skydiving. The only thing that spoils it a little is how suburban, (and sometimes noisy with traffic), it's becoming. And if you don't like places that are very touristy, this may not be the place for you.

The twin single ensuited air-conditioned room was clean, fresh, and very basic, had a refrigerator, coffee making facilities, all linen and blankets supplied, perfect for few nights stop in Airlie Beach. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. There is nothing flash about the rooms but the facilities at Nomads are great, great swimming pool and outdoor area, indoor table tennis and pool games and much more which I didn't explore. Keen to go back to Airlie Beach....love that place ♥️

Airlie Beach is a fantastic spot to vacation or just spend a weekend or even just a day trip. We'll worth the visit with plenty on offer and endless accomodation spots to stay at. Lots to see n do. A very relaxed atmosphere both day n night. Lot of night life choices. Totally Worth the visit.

The 3 bedroom apartment was very large and as lovely as it appeared in the photos. We all loved the accommodation . The only complaint was that room service cleaned our room , removing all the towels. That is great but they forgot to replace them with new ones. We came home from a day out on the water wanting showers and had to wait 2 hours before someone could bring us clean towels (this was around 6pm and reception was closed).
