Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, Airlie Beach Hotel offers fully air-conditioned accommodations in the heart of Airlie Beach town center. The staff are amazing. A pipe had burst on our floor and the staff dealt with the situation perfectly. We were moved to a new room straight away and were even refunded half of our stay, which was a pleasant surprise as it did not massively affect us. They could not have been more helpful and dealt with the situation with the highest standard of professionalism. Fantastic location, right next to the lagoon and shops. We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone.

Airlie Beach is a hub for lots of travel excursions. We went on a two night boat trip with Sailing Whitsundays. The trip was well thought out and the food was great. There are a lot of food options in the area. We enjoyed the wisdom cafe, Village Cafe, and The Deck.
Would have been great if the weather had been better. Torrential rains & wind roads flooded flight cancelled...great restaurants (Lovely India , Sidewalk cafe great food & service & excelleng Italian restaurant la Trabella . Great live music at KC’s as well as fantastic boardwalk seawall and lagoon pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to whitsundays which was why we went there. Had a great massage at Lee’s massage in the mall in whitsunday plaza by Li. Didn’t know February is their “wet” season! Take note cause it was! Waterfront still under construction from a cyclone 2 years ago March.
The Lagoon on the Esplanade was great and they have almost finished the water park which will be great for families. Our family loved the convenience of the Woolworth's in town and the new Port of Airlie being only walking distance from town to catch the ferry to the islands rather than having to go out of Shute Harbour. Great Pizza place on the corner of the new roundabout, great size and price. Loved it.
Arlie beach has wonderful views and the boardwalk is lovely for a walk each morning. Tricky with the jelly fish up here. Lovely beaches but you can’t swim in them. Stinger suits are really not the most flattering of things or fun to swim in. We may go lower down away from the jellys next time
A clean, friendly and inviting place, Cooks restaurant at The Lagoon a must great food and service. Cruises to the Whitsundays a must, snorkeling was a great experience, a really lovely place to visit
Airlie Beach is a short drive from home so naturally we love it. The locals are friendly and the shops are great. It takes a while to find the little shops that have the special items you want to buy but they are there, it just takes a while to find them. I have been out to Whitehaven, Day Dream Island and Hayman. I recommend you taking the time to save up for the extras that you want to do on your trip to Airlie Beach as it’s worth it.

Upon check in, the staff were really helpful and friendly and maintained their image until we left on our last day. They were very helpful, carrying our luggage on buggies to our room as well as having regular shuttles every hour to take you down to the city centre (and can pick you up again). The pool facilities were great, as well as the included buffet breakfast. The views were also great from the pool, lobby and hotel room. It was a very pleasant stay at Peppers, would highly recommend staying when in Airlie.

We loved the location, the view, the cleanliness and the hospitality! We chose to extend our trip in Airlie Beach and Bill and his staff were amazing helping with our accommodations. There was a day during our extended stay where there was no vacancy. Bill recommended the “Reef Sleep” excursion. Hands down, the best part of our trip! Couldn’t have done that without the personalized assistance from Bill with our luggage and accommodations! Fantastic service! Definitely recommend to anyone headed to Airlie Beach!

Right in the centre of Airlie Beach. Literally on the lagoon so no problem that they don’t have a pool because you have that. He staff were really helpful especially the (apologies if I have the lady on the night shift who came up to help me fix my lack of IT skills with the tv!). The rooms were pristine and mine seemed wheelchair friendly too which is good to know. Parking is 8 dollars for the day and just outside the hotel and there is a free 15 minute stop off area out the back.

Fantastic location overlooking Airlie Beach Shute Harbor, sun glistening on the water. The accommodations exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Ending the day enjoying your own jacuzzi can’t be beat. Plus the infinity pool is a social media must. Lady but not least the staff go out of their to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I can’t wait to return next year!

It was located 20-30 minute walk from Airlie Beach centre (a little less from port). Bus to and from there was reliable and cost 2.80. At the airport there is a paid bus transfer service after flights land that you just ice your hotel name and they drop you door to door.

The well ventilated bathrooms on every level, the perfect location in the centre of the 'town' and walking distance to the beach, marina and Port of Arlie, easy check in and check out. It's not a luxury accommodation but it's a good value for money.

There is a quite simply STUNNING VISTA from the main hotel building and from the balconies of the individual apartments too. The host was very welcoming and helpful and the facilities were beautiful and well maintained.

Nice caravan park with a pool close to shopping and food places (but far out of the city). Paved / leveled parking spaces right next to the cabins. Very complete kitchen equipment of good quality. E.g. one of the few places that does not have the cheapest water kettle and toaster available on the market but better models.
