Victorian styling and friendly staff are the highlight.

Victorian styling and friendly staff are the highlight. There is not much to do in Avenel which might be what you want! The train line is a noise issue for some rooms so check before. There is no TV at all (which I find a positive). Dinner is high quality but very narrow menu so you will probably only eat there once.
