Friendly staff and nice personal touches.

Great apartment, large and spacious. Well equipped including details like aluminum foil, baking paper and cling film. In the lobby you can sit and make free coffee or tea. For those looking to be in this area, simply excellent.

Very comfortable bed. Great price. We were too tired to go out for take away and decided to eat at the motel restaurant. The staff service was fantastic. The meal was absolutely wonderful worth every penny. Compliments to the Chef. There is a lovely big pool there.

Within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and our daughter's flat. The rooms aren't 5 Star but had absolutely everything we needed, they were clean with good air con. The bed was big and soft enough. Also clean. Parking for us is a must. Despite being right on a tram line and the heart of St Kilda we were not bothered with any noise.

This little gem was a real find! Great location for our medical appoiin Brighton and the facilities were excellent. Eatery on site should it be required. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice design for everything. We loved the balcony, the bed, the space, everything

It was accessible and had the amenities available for me to use. The staff was very accommodating and ready to help. I especially would like to thanks Sahil and his other colleague who I forgot the name for answering all my questions and providing me with all the help I needed when I was there. Too bad that I didn’t see both of them when I checked out as I would have loved to tip them for their assistance. I’m definitely staying there on my next trip.

Location, location, location. We stayed at Tolarno to attend the Australian Grand Prix and it is well located for access to Albert Park.

Very clean and staff very good at communicating

Very friendly staff and very accommodating to guest needs. Lovely Christmas gift left in our room. Great views.

Excellent Hotel, great staff. Welcoming and flexible to my needs with early check in. Highly recommended without reservations to all looking for a nice quiet and clean hotel.

Great location hotel seemed quite & they obliged me with a spacious quiet room

Obsessed with this place! I’ve been travelling to Melbourne for work coming up 2 years and only just found this gem, and I won’t be staying anywhere else. I loved my stay! The room was amazing - really nice spot for coffee downstairs. Friendly staff.

Excellent location, service and breakfast! Lovely staff!

Perfect location to all amenities. Lovely atrium with helpful and professional staff. comfortable and clean.

My husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. This place had this air of calmness. The room was large, clean and comfortable..it is within walking distance to the bustling st Kilda beach. I would highly recommend it and would also love to have a massage there next time.

The giant TV screen, thr pub and the cafe at the ground level.

The service from the Reception and Concierge Team from check-in to check-out. The housekeeping staff who brought our boxed tissue and dental kit. They were all so nice, friendly and professional. The hotel itself and the room are very nice too.

It was very comfortable and conveniently located across the street from the train station. The staff were excellent and we would highly recommend it.
