Staff were helpful and attentive.

The staff and food were exceptional. Such gorgeous people! It was as though they were looking after their extended family! The food was absolutely delicious, too.

great service, good clean comfortable room

Terrific location, close to the transport, a short walk to shops and The Interchange. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom also very clean. An enjoyable stay.

It was clean and tidy all the time especially with the bathroom being shared.

Such a cosy pub downstairs with great food and atmosphere. Check-in/out was easy. Comfy bed, with all the things we needed (fridge, kettle, tea & coffee). The shared bathrooms are huge, modern and clean. Parking available at the back, or easily on the street. This was a good base for us to see Newcastle and explore Port Stephens. Miss it already!

It was a very enjoyable stay ..nice and clean hotel

The hotel has a restaurant which provide decent food. And it's not noisy at night. During our stay, we had two dinners in the restaurant which is very convenient.

Very close location to family that we were visiting. Nice new hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Staff were amazing in helping me when I had a personal issue that stopped me attending. They looked after my partner extremely well.

Perfect location. The front desk staff were great and they had a good breakfast buffet.

The rooms were lovely, spacious and inviting. The garden view was beautiful. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy walking around the city. Having a drink at the bar during sunset was fantastic.

Stayed here multiple times and it’s always excellent

Clean bright room with great view in great location. Good breakfast.

Great size rooms, comfy bed Location, close to transport.

Like the kitchen facility and secured parking, the room had amenities that we were expecting and were really value for money. The premises were clean and tidy. We used the kitchen for one night and it has everything that is needed for basic cooking. The vending machine was helpful and my daughter used it for an easy snack.

Perfect location to visit family

Great little place to stay either for long or short term. Room and facilities were neat and tidy. Staff were fantastic when we needed to contact them.

Super clean, spacious rooms and the friendliest staff. Our family enjoyed a two bedroom apartment which was great for a solid night sleep.

The air-conditioning was great, very powerful

Great location and access to Darby Street. Quiet despite the restaurant underneath and even though the bathrooms were shared, they were super clean. All in all highly recommend for a budget stay!
