The house really nice and comfortable, have lots of shelf , bench that I can put things on. Bathroom very nice. Good size of space for us(we travel with 2 dogs. Staff is very friendly. Overall is very good. I will stay there again if I go to Yeppoon.

The unit had everything we needed for the longer stay.

The unit had everything we needed for the longer stay. We were able to prepare our own meals and saved heaps on takeaway. The peace and quiet … plus the hottub … made relaxing after stressful days, easy and enjoyable without needing to go out.

The Kinka Beach area is about half way between Yeppoon...

The Kinka Beach area is about half way between Yeppoon township to the north and Emu Park to the south. Recreational time was enjoyable in bicycle riding from the Coolwaters cara-park toward and around the adjacent Causeway Lake area. Also rode on a designated pathway in Emu Park. On a previous occasion I visited Kinka Beach and took many sea scapes images. This beach, with others on the stretch of coast line are very tidal and at low tide the water line recedes a great distance from the high tide mark.

Nice area, good beach although we were visiting family and touring the wider area so didn't use beach. Not too far from main Yeppoon centre and very peaceful. Near ferry to Great Keppel Island - fabulous! Fish & chips horrendously expensive at local store!!!

We were very impressed with how quiet it was in our room, no outside noise. We were also pleased that due to the fact there was no PowerPoint near the bed you supplied an extension lead and power board and this was important for us as my Husband uses a CPAP machine.

We are not a young couple and the ground level unit was ideal. Pleasant landscaping made the cabin homely. The purpose of our trip was to attend a celebration in Yeppoon and this accommodation was economical for us and we could self-cater when desired. We also found it was not far to eat at Emu Park or Yeppoon. Sight-seeing along the coast was a pleasure.

Staf were helpful and courteous, the room was fresh and clean with all amenities available. It was close to what we wanted to see and the view was spectacular. The entertaining area was perfect to relax. We will be returning there for a longer stay

We had a wonderful stay at Kinka Beach! The location is perfect, and the property itself had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made us feel right at home. The message from the hosts was a lovely personal touch that made the experience even more special. Stunning location right across from Kinka Beach. Very friendly staff. Wonderful park with beautiful pool and a fun jumping pillow which our toddler loved. Very spacious cabin with everything we needed. The cabin was also pet friendly so our groodle could enjoy the holiday with us!

We loved the way the room had been renovated, the way the pool/ bbq lounge area had been set-up. If we had not already booked our return journey accommodation we would have gladly diverted back to Kinka Palms Motel.
