My partner and I had an amazing time at this charming cabin! The place was super cute, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bath and hammock. My dogs had a blast running around the yard and watching the goats. We also loved the nearby dog-friendly beaches, which were a big plus. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed. The welcome hamper on arrival was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for a relaxing, pet-friendly getaway

The property was located in the national park and ideal for wildlife watching. Kangaroos/wallabies were everywhere. Close to the beaches. The host Victor was responsive, reliable, friendly and kind. The cottage was simple, but clean and well maintained - had everything we needed - so we had a comfortable stay :) There was a washing machine available for guest use.

Kioloa is a very family friendly holiday park with a range of accommodation types. It is very well maintained and clean. Wildlife at your doorstep, a stunning location, and plenty to keep the kids entertained make the park a great place to stay.

Extremely Unprofessional – Ruined Our Holiday

Extremely Unprofessional – Ruined Our Holiday I booked this property for one night, only to arrive and find it already occupied by someone else who had booked through a different platform. The area had no mobile coverage, so we had to drive 10 km just to get a signal and try contacting the host — who never answered. We then reached out to Booking.com, but the staff offered no real help, despite the fact we were traveling with children and left without a place to stay. After driving over 300 km for what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, we were suddenly left stranded. It was a easter holiday long weekend, everything else was fully booked, and neither the host nor Booking.com offered any apology or support. We were forced to drive back another hour same direction where we came from and find two hotel rooms at the last minute — our children were heartbroken, and our holiday was completely ruined. The host showed zero responsibility, and Booking.com seemed more interested in their commission than helping a family in distress. Property view from Outside: The property is outdated and the views are nothing like the photos. I strongly urge anyone reading this — do not book this place, even if it's free. Terrible experience from start to finish.

We went out of school holidays for a long weekend.

We went out of school holidays for a long weekend. Unfortunately it rained heavily the first day. Not much to do at Kioloa if you aren't going to the beach especially when most people can't even get the internet. There is no internet/phone reception for those on Optus for most of the area. Telstra customers have limited service. So make sure you take some board games in case it rains.

Kioloa is the best place to stay right in the middle for...

Kioloa is the best place to stay right in the middle for visiting Batemans Bay on one side and Ulladulla on the other side. Stay for two nights and you can cover all the nearby beaches. Please make sure you get your groceries from Batemans Bay or Ulladulla if you are a person who enjoys only shopping from Aldi, Coles or Woolworths. Or else there is an IGA near to Kioloa at Bawley Point.

I loved that it trully is a pet friendly park!

I loved that it trully is a pet friendly park! I really like the awsome BBQ areas, it was nice to meet other travellers while we all cooked, the beach it literally next to the park so the whole atmosphere is so relaxed, there is an IGA supermarket about 2 minutes from the park that is really well stocked and a great pizza takeaway in the same complex, there is a boat ramp up one end of the beach with access via main Rd, lots of wildlife, make sure you bring a camera beautiful sunrise!
