Silversands beach cottage is a self-catering accommodations located in Mount Martha, just 5-minutes walk from Mount Martha Beach. The apartment was beautiful and cozy, had all the amenities and a large spa bath. Easy to access and close to everything. We accidentally took the keys home and Carolyn was very understandable and helpful in returning them safely. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Wonderful clean spacious house with a great deck. Everything provided including spare body boards, towels and batteries which came in handy. Better equipped kitchen than I have at home. Kids loved the X-Box and the table tennis table. Thanks Louise and Mark!
There were an abundance of walks to explore the natural surrounds, plus a variety of beaches to choose from. Our highlight was the Briars, because we were immersed in nature and saw emus, wallabies and kookaburras up close. However, if you don't have a car or means of getting around, it may be tricky. Mt Martha is a great place to base yourself for exploring surrounding areas, and is not overcrowded.
Lovely area with nice beach. However we dined and visited the surrounding suburbs of Rosebud, Sorrento, Red Hill and Tyabb. Visited Arthurs Seat and rode the Eagle and visited the Enchanted Gardens. Breakfast and afternoon tea were at Woodmans Estate....highly recommend.
Mount Martha is the perfect location to explore the region. An easy drive back to Mornington and then back out to the seaside towns of Rosebud, Sorrento, etc. Such beautiful scenery and scrumptious places to eat.
We were attending our nephew’s wedding located in Tyabb. There were lots of restaurants/ takeaway available for the remainder of our stay. Being a weekend it was very busy around the vineyards which were great to just “pop into” for fabulous food.
Walking along the beach looking at the beach boxes. Mt Martha itself is a quiet hamlet perfect for relaxation with a few essential shops & cafes. It's a short drive to either Mornington or Dromana for shopping and a greater choice of restaurants. Perfect for a couples escape.
Mt Martha is our favourite beach - great for swimming and close to cafes and shops. The little Indian restaurant at the village served us a terrific meal on the Tuesday night. The IGA is also good with everything one needs on holiday and more. Close to Mornington which is interesting on a Wednesday when the main street has a huge market with many craft etc stalls.
The location was perfect, 5 mins from the nearest beach and lot of cafes nearby. The place has been done up beautifully with a Spanish touch in every aspect, you feel like you've walked through the door into a hotel room in Granada. Very clean and well maintained. The amount of work Paul and Sheree have put into the place, the garden and just the general ambience is amazing. The pool area is gorgeous too...
Location was fantastic, only 6 minutes drive away from town centre. Tranquil and quiet during the day and night, which is what you want during a weekend away from the city. Hosts Jack and Helen were lovely, and reachable with a phone call to answer any questions you may have. A huge plus to have it pet friendly - our dog Buster adored meeting Bear and Zoe.

Didn't use breakfast items, appreciated though. Lovely to have milk. Property inbetween places and accessible easily to the peninsula's attractions. Dinner at the Dava hotel was good.
The location is exceptional, the host very welcoming and the property was a very comfortable beautiful beach side holiday residence with lovely decorative touches.
Breakfast and location were both great. The little cookies/snacks left each day were a nice touch
