Excellent accommodation within an easy walking distance to town and rail trail. The bathroom was immaculately clean.
Boasting free WiFi and views of Mt Buffalo, Myrtleford Motel on Alpine offers rooms with a flat-screen TV. All guest rooms are equipped with a microwave. A great place to stay if you want to explore Mount Buffalo and Bright. The room was very clean and spacious for the four of us who travelled together. The owner was super nice and friendly as well. I would recommend it to anyone whose looking for accommodation in Myrtleford.
Featuring barbecue facilities, Rosewhite House is set in Myrtleford. Rooms include a terrace and free WiFi. If I could give a higher rating, I would. Cindy and Steve's hospitality was comfortable but not overbearing. Cindy introduced the property and facilities well and our breakfast was ready when we wanted it. Bed and linen was very comfortable, Gluten free breakfast was catered for and was very enjoyable. Quiet with a long, relaxing view over the valley.
Saje's House & Pod is located in Myrtleford, in north-east Victoria. Free WiFi is offered and free private parking is available on site. incredibly clean and comfortable. The pod house has everything we needed for a three day stay. Stunning views, walking distance to town, quiet location - perfect in every way.
Offering garden views, Panoramia Villas in Myrtleford has accommodations, free bikes, a garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace. It is set one or two kilometers from the main town so is very quiet and relaxing. The view over the Ovens valley is lovely. The villa was large, exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Bath also amazing!
Offering an outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool and barbecue, Carawah Ridge is set in Myrtleford in the Victoria Region, 15 mi from Bright. Location was the best I've ever stayed in, beautiful, quiet, green surroundings, lots of birds and very peaceful. Breakfast great. No complaints about anything.
We were visiting family who live in Myrtleford, and it is a great town. Half an hour closer to Melbourne and Albury that the more popular Bright with plenty to do in town and nearby, without the "manic/crazy" of Bright. Accommodation, food and beverage not as hard to get into or as expensive as Bright either, and the town is quiter at night. Some excellent wineries (with one in town) within 30 to 60 minutes drive, including the King Valley. Have room in the boot for some Italian varieties! For activites, there is plenty to see and do and a Rail Trail for safe cycling.
Convenient to stay in Mytleford to catch up with friends, who live in the area. Found great meals at the Ovens hotel, staff very friendly. Avoid Mytleford Monday and Tuesday, most eating places are closed.
Myrtleford Motel on Alpine really understand the customer need. We really had a very pleasant stay there. Very recommended for who don't want to spent much for hotel while visiting Mount Hotham. The "unique" Myrtleford Park just opposite the motel. KEEP THE GOOD WORK!!
It’s a good place to use as a base for visiting Beechworth, Bright, Mount Buffalo and surrounds. It’s less crowded than Bright and has a bit more to offer than Beechworth, in my humble opinion. For food lovers, I strongly recommend Ox and Hound Bistro in Beechworth and The Old Factory in Myrtleford. Gum Tree Pies in Beechworth and Bright were great too.
Lovely township with access to scenic bike and walking trails with many attractions along route. Great Bakeries, cafes (Bastoni Pizzeria, Cafe Fez), wineries (Boynton, Feathertop) and restaurants (Club Savoy) all within a 30min walk or 10min bike ride from the accommodation.
Myrtleford is a great place to base yourself. There is so much to see and do within 20-30 mins of here. Highly recommend the Happy Valley Hotel for a meal - just out of Myrtleford, cute and quaint and the food is amazing. Pepo Farms (pumpkin seeds) is a real treat - all the staff are amazing and very proud of what they do there. Best pumpkin seeds and oils I've ever tasted - but save your pennies for this one because you will want to buy everything! Red Ramia in Myrtleford is a wonderful place to have a Moroccan Meal and then spend time browsing through all they have to offer. Wineries galore around the area as well as some beautiful walks/hikes. The countryside is stunning - definitely a beautiful part of Victoria.
It was a great location. The views all around the property are stunning. The area is so peaceful. Lots of wonderful bird life and Kangaroos at night. Jacki was a fabulous host providing lovely little extra "touches" which added to our stay. The pool area is great especially as it was so warm. Would highly recommend for a peaceful and restful stay. Very close to main street of Myrtleford and surrounding Wineries. Go visit!
Cindy was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The surrounding country is beautiful and waking up to that view was magic. We sat on our balcony watching the blue wrens and hoping for a peek at the local echidna. All in all a perfect way to counteract the after effects of Lockdown. Handy for Beechworth and Bright as well as Myrtleford. Loved it.
We had a large family group and went for lunch at the nearby Red Fez cafe, enjoyed it so much we went back for breakfast the next day. Unique, friendly staff and great food menu covering all dietary needs. Dinner was at the local pub, the Buffalo Hotel, which had a good pub menu, atmosphere and friendly staff. We had a great night catching up with family in lieu of Xmas.
A great place to stay if you want to explore Mount Buffalo and Bright. The room was very clean and spacious for the four of us who travelled together. The owner was super nice and friendly as well. I would recommend it to anyone whose looking for accommodation in Myrtleford.
Pleasant well equipped bungalow behind a house in Myrtleford with easy bike or car access. Good supply of kitchen utensils. nespresso coffee machine. Good sized bedrooms, comfy beds. 10-15 mins walk to the pub.
Comfortable bedroom and clean facilities. Great evening meals and wine list which was a welcome surprise because there is not that much happening in Myrtleford after hours when we stayed there.
Panoramia Villas was a great place to stay in Myrtleford! The accommodation was tastefully appointment and very clean. A voucher for breakfast at a local cafe was great too.
It was well laid out, excellent location on the hill the little extras and luxury linen amazing. Keep up the presentation and flexibility by the owners
The town of Myrtleford was a 2 minute walk away. We walked to the restaurants and tennis courts. The accommodation was perfect for a family of four.
simple, neat and tidy 'motel' room. Hotel attached waas run down and closed down - no impression of that when booking.
The house had plenty of room for our family group of 8 adults and 2 children. The kitchen had a large dining table and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. The new free WiFi was a welcome addition and worked well. The house was located in easy walking distance to the town centre which had two supermarkets. Key entry was very easy with a key lockbox. Great for a family getaway.
Excellent accommodation within an easy walking distance to town and rail trail. The bathroom was immaculately clean.
