We had a wonderful stay. The location is superb and very convenient, with the nearby beach, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores all within easy reach. The house itself is lovely, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The backyard was great for our children and although a few play equipment items were broken and need attention but our kids still had a lovely time. Two of the rooms were a little compact, so we ended up unloading our luggage in the master bedroom but the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped and clear instructions were provided. The only small issue was that the coffee machine wasn’t working which would have made mornings in the backyard with a coffee even more enjoyable, especially on a rainy day. Overall, we had a fantastic time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would love to come back again!

Rosebud has certainly grown from our younger days in the 1950s-1990s when we regularly visited our grandparents The New Indoor pool, what a wonderful place which can be visited even in winter, Mini golf is still there great for family fun and undercover as well. The Eagle as now OHS orientated and not as daring as we experienced in the 60s was enjoyed in comfort and safety of the gondola unlike in our day an open air seat for two with just a metal bar. Cafes, Bakeries, restaurants abound BUT although only two tried, did not find a good fish n chip shop sadly to say not to rival the OLD "Hole in the Wall" Fish n chip shop that use to be on the corner of Jetty Road and Nepean Hwy it was THE BEST ever. Play ground at Jetty Road Pier is lovely and not there when we were children but such a nice area now . ONLY had four days so when back again will try a few more fish n chip shops so lift your game as I will be reviewing and trust me I know all about GOOD f n c's My grandparents owned the Jetty Road one and I worked in it so I am biased I admit.

The weather was not great so we didn’t get out as much as we would have liked. However the house was so comfortable that we were happy to stay indoors until the rain stopped. Recommend Charlie’s Car Museum and Ashcombe Gardens and Maze.

Even with the main beach under renovation, Rosebud was a delight! I enjoyed a peaceful stroll by the camping grounds and had a fantastic pasta marinara at Unica Cucina E Caffe—so fresh and tasty. With limited options on Tuesday, classic Fish N Chips from Capel Sound hit the spot. Shops like Woolies and Dan Murphy’s were super handy, and Peninsula Beach Motel was the perfect base for exploring The Alba Thermal Springs, parks, and local wineries.

The beach is why I went to rosebud everything else can be found anywhere. The weather was lovely. Shoes off and ready for grounding. There’s nothing like being in the water it does the world of good.

While staying at Rosebud it's within reasonable distance to many interesting places. Nothing is more than an 30 minute drive. Sorrento is really nice with good shopping and eating options and of course the beach. Red Hill is good with it's choices of wineries to experience. We really enjoyed The Green Olive winery, beautiful grounds and family friendly. We ate at the Rosebud Hotel, always good value and plenty to chose from. Another night we went to Nora's restaurant in Rye. Only a short drive and the pasta was amazing.

Spa has been removed but signage still left on back door, disappointing. *Positives are nice new modern bathrooms,lots of utensils,/crockery etc,comfortable beds. Negatives- Too pricey for what we got,it was in the middle of Suburbia which a car was needed to go to shops. No welcome pack or milk for a cuppa on arrival. All Toilet roll holders not added. No insulation very noisy upstairs for bottom bedroom sleepers. Outdoor setting old tarnished & torn seats. Buffet cabinet no drawer handles,found in top dry but won’t stay in holes. Wouldn’t stay there again.

This is the place to stay, nice and quiet even though on a main road. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was one of the cleanest I have come across in any motel or hotel. The staff are all so lovely, the groundsman and the housekeeping ladies were so kind. The manager was such a gentleman and talked about supporting other local businesses in the area. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Everything, couldnt fault a thing. Spacious, comfortable. In a very quiet area. Ver close to Rosebud supermarkets and restaurants. Easy check in and checkout. Good communication from host. We will definately stay here again.

Lovely, spacious house in Rosebud. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable (breakfast essentials, room set up for the children, etc). Very clean and we also enjoyed the outdoor space.
