The hotel was lovely, the rooms were clean, spacious and the beds and bedding were so comfortable! I went to the bar and asked for milk and was given fresh milk straight away - the staff were lovely. I was worried it would be noisy as right opposite the kids play area but it was quiet early and peaceful all night. highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location! The views of the Myall River were amazing! The apartment was beautifully furnished & very clean & comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The solar heated outdoor pool is a perfect temperature for all year round swimming. The sauna & gym are excellent too. An easy walk along the picturesque waterfront to local shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, club & Nelson Bay Ferry. The most luxurious accommodation in Tea Gardens for total rest & relaxation. Drew & Kerrie are very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable hosts.

Pool was heated thus kids swam anytime they wanted including in rain, and pool area is great and steam room was a bit of fun for the kids - beats crown terrigal and nearly as good as ramada shoal bay They upgraded my family booking and gave us 11 am checkout which was greatly appreciated and very helpful Nothing was a problem for the staff Room well resourced with microwave toaster kettle even electric frypan (which we did not need to use but handy to have) Room had two beds plus pull out sofa TV was biggest screen ive seen in a hotel which was great location super handy for cruises and eateries / supermarket

If you go there on a busy weekend, order your food early,...

If you go there on a busy weekend, order your food early, local restaurants get very busy, we waited an hour and when we turned up to pick up the food they were turning away customers, telling them the wait is 2 hours and they were not taking any more orders. Go to the Coles prior if you need to do your shopping, it's half hour walk away.

Tea Gardens is a beautiful seaside coastal town, with beautiful beaches, rivers and pelicans a many. Lovely quiet spot for some relaxation . Many lovely spots to gather for food . Or just grab little wine n cheese n take yourself beside the water. Great ferry ride to visit Nelson’s bay . Or just visit the local. My mums favourite place n the whole world Will definitely be back

Uncrowded, easy place to get around.

Uncrowded, easy place to get around. The Boathouse is a great cafe, with good food and lovely staff. Tillermans an unexpected find, with quality French cuisine at good value prices. Local pub also worth a visit.

Lovely riverside place. Nice pub with meals. Good sea food co op. Ferry trip across to Nelsons Bay for the day is a nice experience. Small place but need your own transport. Across the bridge to Hawkes Nest is a 2 min drive, for a great beach.

We had been to the Tea Gardens many years ago.

We had been to the Tea Gardens many years ago. We are in our 70s now. We found the place very welcoming scenic and peaceful. It certainly has grown since the last time we were there. But we will most defiantly be back again. peaceful quiet and beautiful water ways beach, great food and atmosphere. What more can I say. We were there in a quieter time I guess, but if you're our age! It was the right time, Early Spring.

Local walks and scenery beautiful, great spot to get away...

Local walks and scenery beautiful, great spot to get away from busy life. You can relax in the river views. Close to Hawks Nest and Bennetts Beach. Need a car to get here. Some buses and you can catch a ferry to Nelson Bay and back. Great cafes boat shed was my favourite as it was on the water.

The resort is presented extremely well with immaculate grounds and accommodation. I loved the security of the property. It is set in a very quiet location close to the Gardens hotel, which offers beautiful food at great prices. The resort is within walking distance to the beautiful Tea Gardens ferry. We couldn't be happier with our stay and definitely highly recommend this property. A+
