Yeppoon is a great place in Queensland
Sadly like the rest of Queensland
Half of Victoria and NSW is moving here driving up prices
We hope it not does not lose its charm
Progress is not always a good thing
Yeppoon is just on the verge of becoming over developed

Nice little village atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and eating places. The water front had plenty to offer for younger children in the Keppel Krakken water park. The Rocks public pool area was outstanding!! Plenty of local shopping choices. The Cathederal Caves 30 minutes north of Rockhampton is an experience to not miss!!

Our room had stinky pipes in the bathroom and had a mouldy smell under the sink in the kitchenette. Our room was so loud because it was right next to the restaurant. Check before you book that you won't be right next to the restaurant or ask if there is an event on that night. We were right next to the noise of a loud event with a hired DJ that did not shut down when restaurant staff asked them to. Restaurant staff should have made more of an effort to make sure the noise ended when it was supposed to.

amenities are close to glamping rooms and absolutely immaculate. Room was well set up, pools were great and we thought this was a great bonus. People were respectful of curfew noise times and this was well communicated to guests compared to other caravan parks. easy access to the beach. we used bbq at camp kitchen and appreciated that could get groceries closeby at IGA and local shopping center across the road. Staff were super friendly over the phone and allowed earlier check in
Thomas is an excellent host. He is thorough, friendly and he and his family are lovely with great attention to detail. The dining room is handy for preparing and having your own sit down breakfast or they cater for you as well. I would definitely recommend Coral Inn for your next stay at Yeppoon.
A comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, it was dated but had everything we needed. The pool was very small to accommodate a complex of it's size. The hotel is positioned up a hill so the views were lovely. Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
It really a shame for Booking.com to put such hotel on list.... It s like i booked a garage for 4 nights... really a scame.... sort of experience who make me thinking twice now before i book again an hotel with Booking.com
