The view was very nice The room was exceptionally nice, clean and comfortable The shower was brilliant with great water pressure The bed was very comfortable The staff were very helpful and professional and even helped me with my luggage to my room They are still in the middle of revamping the motel so some of the rooms are not completed atm but if they're going to be like the room that I stayed in, guests will definitely not be disappointed

There are walks from the famous Keppel Bay marina south of Yeppoon to Rosslyn Bay and dramatic landscapes, quarry and mountain as well as tours to the bay and reef. Yeppoon has a good selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants plus beachside walk and parks excellent for children. There is the tourist visitor centre just out of Yeppoon where there is a World Class marine and shell life museum - a must see for the whole family. Small coastal town feel with pretty much everything you would need.

Yepoon is a lovely coastal town.

Yepoon is a lovely coastal town. It is a great place to stop and unwind. Keppel Bay Sails Club has great food. The staff are fantastic and friendly. There are many things to do if you take the time to wander around and discover. Nearby Emu Park is beautiful. The war memorial is a must to visit as is the corner Cafe. This part of the coast is always a great stopping point.

I love Yeppoon!

I love Yeppoon! It's relaxed and chilled with the right amount of restaurants, shopping and atmosphere. It's easy to drive/walk around the town, with all the local beaches great for swimming and strolling.

Yeppoon is such a lovely, sleepy coastal town that harks back to a much slower pace of life. It is well set out, with easy access to everything. The only negative I would have is that we travelled up from Brisbane on a Monday and by the time we arrived in Yeppoon the eating places had all closed up until dinner service and it was hard to find somewhere to get something to eat. The locals didn't seem to understand that they could recommend a takeaway place. We did eventually get told about a fish and chip shop down the main shopping street and if you want really amazing fish and chips I totally recommend you go there, I can't remember the name of it but it is tucked in next to one of the pubs.

Very pretty place.

Very pretty place. I hadn't been there before and was surprised at the islands close to the mainland. Would have liked to have more time to visit more beaches and rocky sea shores. The Waterside restaurant had great food, although didn't like the ordering system via phone: the daily special wasn't easily found on the on-line menu. Bowls club had reasonable bistro as well.

This is a WOW apartment. WHAT A VIEW!!! 180 degree view! Even though the apartment is "ground floor' it is located at a high point of Yeppoon, and views are to die for! HUGE HUGE balcony along the southern side, and all mod cons aboard you want. We were totally gob smacked upon entry! Clean, large (200sq m) and in a really top apartment complex. You really need to see this! And convenient to town too. In costs it was cheaper than some motels! The car park had lots of space, and the lifts were superb (and you did not need a key card).

Sarah and Clint were so accommodating and lovely, taking the time to show us around and point out hidden gems in the garden. The house was designed so beautifully as well as being immaculate. The garden was amazing with free range chickens roaming and loads of flowers and a beautiful porch to enjoy it all!! My partner and I were welcomed into their home like it was ours and were given the privacy that you would get in a hotel!! It was a perfect stay and will definitely be back for a longer holiday!

Great spot which has been thoughtfully renovated and has had some lovely effort to give this old style hotel a facelift with lovely touches. The bed was extremely comfortable and bedding was great. Lock box check in made our arrival easy and flexible.
