We took the lake view 2BR suite and although the lake is a man made lake around 20x20mt sq, the room size, cleanliness and the helpful nature of the owner and all of his staff members exceeded our expectations. We did not do much around the area, as it was only a break in our journey from Sheki via Lahich to Baku so cannot speak for the place but the rooms are new, the bedsheets were fresh and clean, the heating was nice and warm. The breakfast next day was quite adventerous due to the communication gap (the staff did not speak english) but the food itself was yum and our waiter was very kind and well mannered.

I really enjoyed our stay in Basqal resort. Stuff was very friendly. I want to mention Gunel xanim from guest relations, she helped us with reservations and was very helpful.

Amenities: This place truly has it all! The hotel boasts an impressive array of amenities that cater to guests of all ages, making it a perfect destination for families and individuals alike. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy thrilling activities like the shooting club and horse riding, while the stunning pools offer both relaxation and fun. Indoors, toddlers have dedicated play areas filled with engaging toys, and teens can immerse themselves in the PlayStation game room or enjoy friendly competitions at the bowling alley and pool table. For those who love to sing, the karaoke room is a fantastic option, and chess enthusiasts can challenge each other in the cozy chess area. With such a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities, there's never a dull moment, ensuring that everyone—from young children to adults—can find something enjoyable to do. Dining: The restaurant is a highlight of my stay. Breakfast is incredibly rich and satisfying, and the staff are organized and attentive. The dinner buffet is absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall Experience: The staff are incredibly kind and polite, further enhancing the experience. It's hard to express just how amazing it feels to be here; it truly is a slice of heaven with all the amenities you could wish for. I’m writing this review while still enjoying my time here, and I genuinely don’t want to leave! 😊

Evim Otel is quiet and picturesque with cozy outdoor seating and beautiful flowers in the yard. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, wanting to ensure we had all we needed during our stay. For example the hair dryer was not working in our bathroom and the staff provided a swift solution for us.
