The Staff was very friendly and i Felt very welcome The Breakfeast was also Very Good. Good Hotel

The reception staff were very helpful, especially Ajla and ezz aldein , and they gave me another night in the hotel next to them for the same price.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk while we walked around so we didn't have to lug them around. Once our room was ready they took it up to our room. It's right on a strip of Ilidža with a few stores, cafes and bars. They also had their own restaurant the food was amazing and we enjoyed sitting in the restaurant drinking coffee. They have good food for breakfast. The location was definitely the best it was close to the tram so you can take it into the city of Sarajevo and sightsee and shop. The room was specious we had the family deluxe room that connected with the other room that our kids were staying in. One of the other rooms that we had had a bunch of windows that showed an amazing view of Ilidža. The mini fridge had drinks and chocolate bars to enjoy for only 2km per drink or candy which was not bad. Housekeeping made the bed and gave us fresh towels daily. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would go back and recommend it to family and friends.

The location was amazing, no need for a car, hotel in a beautiful park, next to a trail with horses offering rides to the near by Park( must visit). The front desk staff where 100% professional and very kind, they made our stay more enjoyable. The room is spacious and was spotless

Great location, very big room, nice hospitality and good breakfast!

Mountain and river view, they gave us an apartment. Staff is helpful. it is right next to bus and tram stop. Tram is undergoing renovation so the government operates free shuttle to the nearest tram station. Train / Bus station is 20 minutes by tram. Convenient location. Many eating options available within 2 mins walk like Mamma Mia (best pizza), KFC, Taco Bell, Caribou Coffee and list goes on. Breakfast was amazing. Lot of variety.

Crystal Hotel Ilidža is a charming and cozy historical hotel, beautifully preserved with a sense of Sarajevo’s past frozen in time. Its central location, highlighted by a large fountain, adds to the unique atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making the stay feel warm and welcoming, and the accommodations were comfortable and well kept. This is the perfect choice for anyone wanting to experience Sarajevo’s heritage in a truly authentic setting.

Close to the airport whilst walking distance to the shopping area and restaurant.

Everything was perfect, from a nice receptionist, to food and it was really confortable. They even upgraded our room from economy to queen so it was really a good surprise. The location was nice because of the park and a river. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is spacious, and everything is very clean.
