The staffs were extraordinarily friendly! The location was also not too far from my exam venue (PLAB 1). The breakfast was good, room service and food was very fast. The restaurant and cafe (room service) were great! The rides booked to and from the exam venues (in Tokyo Square Conventional) were extremely reliable and the young male staff was so respectful and hard-working. It was a very nice experience and the reception staffs were impressive overall! Very safe area! There is also a small shop downstairs next to the hotel which sells essential stuff like soap, facial cleanser, lotion, etc. if you forget to bring them.
