Had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Capital. The staff here really is the highlight of the place, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a safe and comfortable stay in Dhaka. Location is very central and not too far from Old Dhaka, which was a big plus as it reduced significantly the amount of time I'd have to sit in traffic to visit many attractions. Rooms are clean and well-appointed, and breakfast was adequate. The service at the restaurant was also top notch. Highly recommended.

Best breakfast and dinner in Dhaka. Room is clean. Everyone should feel relaxed. I had dinner at the restaurant (level 17) twice, and both are excellent. Do piaza, chicken masala, and firni are my favorite.

I loved my stay at Renaissance. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room is amazing and the overall ambiance is very modern but warm. When you go for breakfast, the staff are very friendly and and helpful, especially Dheeman, Sanjida, Zubaire, and Pronoy. And, at the reception, I personally would like to thank Ms. Mia for helping me out during our check-in and being so nice whenever we see each other, she is very professional. Everyone looks so pleasing and will go out ifbtheir way just to provide comfort for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel when you cone to Dhaka. Thank you Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. You were all excellent!
