it was a fantastic property that had so many things to do. I went for work so did not spend so much time there. I can say that the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was big and the town was nice

Really nice house that has been renovated quite recently. It offered everything we needed. Even the little things were taken care off, like some basics in the kitchen (olive oil, herbs, etc.). Also the garden is really well maintained and the sauna is a great addition. The location is great, close to the center of Bocholt. Nature parks like Hoge Kempen are nearby as well. A great place for cycling in our case.

A great B&B in a rural setting. The buiding itself has a lot of character, but it does mean that the rooms can be a little awkward but no great deal. The beds were quite comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The hostess was lovely and very welcoming. Easy transit into the city centre

The staff at this hotel is truly amazing. I initially thought I had booked a suite with a bathtub, but it turned out that suites come either with a shower or a bathtub. During check-in, I asked if there was a possibility to switch, but unfortunately, all suites were fully booked at that moment. However, just an hour after we checked in, the receptionist kindly approached us and offered to move us to another suite with a bathtub, as a last-minute cancellation had made it available. This level of attentiveness and service truly made our stay exceptional!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My flight was delayed and didn't arrive at the hotel till after 10pm . I had phoned and I was told not to worry and they were there waiting for me . Fantastic location.

This is a lovely place. Those Alpakas are sooo cute.

This is a lovely place. Those Alpakas are sooo cute. I love the panorama room which allows to peek into the Alpaca-barn. It is so adorable to watch them being fed and approaching the farmer to get their snuggle. Great for a place to stay an do day tours around Belgium. Great for families with children, as well.

Good hotel, location is perfect and really quiet. Restaurant is a bit dated and not great but gets your belly filled. Big beer menu and very friendly staff
