Very quirky hotel, felt very old

Excellent service and wonderful staff What did you like? My stay at Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem was excellent. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the facilities I needed. The location is also perfect, close to transport and the city. What impressed me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to thank Milorad Mićić, Assistant Front Office Manager, who helped me a lot and made my stay very smooth and pleasant. Thanks to his support, I truly felt welcomed.

The food was amazing. Such variety! Parking was free and comfortable to get in and out. Staff was attentive and nice.

Firsthand, I really like how the reception staffs received us. They were very lovely, friendly, fresh, and stunning. They also adjusted to my last minute request. The hotel room is amazing as well and super clean. And the city view is mesmerising. The housekeeping personnel are very welcoming as well. They were warm and approachable. Thank you so much for catering us. ❤️

The staff was SO friendly, accommodating and polite. I was greeted with smiles and positivity by every staff I encountered. The breakfast was delicious and it was a nice variety. I had to leave very early and the front desk attendant ensured that my invoice was waiting for me at the desk that morning.

Really nice and modern hotel. Rooms are clean and newly furnished. Great location

First time but liked the Hotel in aspect like location, staff, breakfast, room, facilities etc

So immaculate and clean. Staff so lovely. The breakfast was beautiful. Such a selection a waffle maker, fruits, juices, pastries everything. The best I have ever seen. The man looking after it was amazing

Good breakfast. At night you can park in front of the hotel until 09:30. It was very clean.

Location is central, the rooms are modern and big, breakfast was good, the parking very practical.

The breakfast was superb. Continental buffet options for everyone. The bed was very comfy too. Also I found the staff really friendly too. The young man on reception recommended a restaurant nearby for dinner and it didn't disappoint. Lier is a beautiful place.

Le labo everywhere, finishing and materials are great, and great food also plenty of gluten-free options.

Great location and conditions inside the hotel

Great facilities, very helpful staff. Relaxing in sauna after a long drive was great. Food was excellent (we had both dinner and breakfast). We only stayed for one night, but would definitely consider coming back.

Lovely clean hotel cosy and spacious

Location, price, hotel upgraded our room to business without any charge that’s cool
