Excellent location for the connected flight in Bergamo airport.

No reception all the time and I suppose there was a party very close to the room and from Saturday night up to Monday morning a lot of music noise and loudly noises heard and couldn’t sleep.

The accommodation were perfect, the stuff very professional ready and available to help, the suites are very clean and comfortable, the Breakfast is abundant and the Location is insuperable, Gyms Restaurants Súpermarkets. ATMs Gas Stations,Gulf course.

Everything was amazing, location, amenities, friendly staff, free coffee, comfortable bed

When reading several other reviews, I didn't understand. Some give very high marks, others very low marks. Some praising the cleanliness, others criticizing it extremely. Some saying they were satisfied with their rooms, others saying it was in an urgent need of "renovation". I don't know who is right or not, but either many reviews are dishonest, or perhaps I was "very lucky". I was attended to by two employees, one at check in, the other at check out and in both cases, everyone was very friendly and had a smile on their faces. The cleaning lady was also very helpful when I asked for information when I arrived on the floor. I really liked the hotel, the room was good and apparently new (maybe it was remodeled in time for my stay (?)). Excellent location for those who want to be close to the train station and not necessarily in the city center. Good variety of places to eat and have a drink, just few steps away. With the window closed, you won't hear trains or their horns, and no sounds from the street at all. Comfortable bed. Very nice bathtub.

Super friendly staff. Extremely clean room. I would highly recommended!

They were able to accommodate us at the last minute, were kind to us at reception, and the room was very comfortable, with a good bed!

it’s a confortable quiet clean place to sleep and relax :)

The breakfast buffet is amazing!

Perfect location, 5 mins. walk to the Shrine of Banneux

Large, very large room, comfortable bed and great bathroom. All in all, food's great (if you manage to get/reserve a place).

Comfortable rooms and bedding. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the spa facilities each day.

Everything was good. Perfect to relax and do nothing. Everything you need is within.

Little gem in the center of Lieges, unique and awesome. Welcoming staff, great decoration, great details and amazing customer service. A must go.

The room was very nice but breakfast relatively acceptable.

Perfectly placed and very nice rooms

Breakfast is wonderful- my favorite thing about this place. It is charming and centrally located. I reserved one more day with booking.com than I needed by mistake. The hotel refunded it- which I didn't expect and was wonderful of them.
