This is a beautiful family run hotel. We stayed here during a long weekend in Belgium and had a lovely stay. The owners were helpful and friendly and the price was very good.We hope we can visit again in the future.

I liked everthing the rooms are big and clean und the restaurant downstairs is soo delicious WORTH IT

We had a great stay – everything was really nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel for a couples’ weekend getaway.

I stayed at this hotel in December 2025 with my family, my husband and our three children. The hotel is brand new and very spacious, with an excellent breakfast, an ideal location, and exceptionally kind and professional staff. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, and we also made use of the parking facilities, which were very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. The only minor drawback is that breakfast is served in a different area of the hotel, requiring guests to go outside. During the colder weather, this can be slightly inconvenient. An indoor breakfast area within the main building would certainly enhance the experience.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location, quiet clean room, nice pastry for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks Rukiye and Evelyn for your warm welcome! Very charming hotel, clean and quiet room. Delicious breakfast. Merci encore pour l’adorable attention à l’occasion de mon anniversaire, ça m’a beaucoup touchée ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

It was located close to the railway station, the interior of our room was well appointed and very clean

Excellent value for money. The lady at the reception was really nice, the room size was fine, wifi worked well. Also, its a beautiful area.

So clean and beautiful Staff are so friendly and welcoming

Excellent Service, Excellent Room and Excellent Location My friend and I, representing our trekking company, Alliance Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., Nepal, traveled together. I took a train from Berlin, Germany, and arrived early in the morning in Liege at this hotel (Hôtel de l'Univers Liège). From the moment we stepped in, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and even offered us complimentary coffee—our first such experience in all of Europe! We had a midnight bus to Zurich and had to wait in the hotel lobby. The staff went out of their way to check on us, ensuring we were comfortable and offering drinks if needed. Their kindness and hospitality truly stood out. This hotel provides great value for money, excellent rooms, a delicious breakfast, and, most importantly, a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We highly recommend this hotel to travelers from around the world. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again for future family visits, friend gatherings, and business trips. Friendly staff. Decent value for money

The staff were super friendly and the rooms were very clean. We asked for an extra large double bed and got it. The location was great and the breakfast was yummy!

It was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The place is incredible. Such luxury! The staff are really pleasant and can't do enough for you. Fantastic breakfast and evening meal.

The view from the room ,the restaurant food. Excelent breakfast. Personal was nice and warm

The ambience and the feeling of a safe environment was very pleasant. The rooms were really tight and had a nice scent to it.

Great location. Room clean and tidy. Perfect for our family of 4.

It was great to receive a breakfast packed, as I left early in the morning to get into some via ferrata's closeby.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and clean room in the heart of the old town.
