Everything was perfect. The staff were all amazing, from door staff to reception and resturant staff, as well as housekeeping. The hotel itself is in a great location and is stunning. The spa and pool area was very clean and modern and in a beautiful setting.

My stay was perfect: from the very central location that made my travels around the city very easy and made me feel safe at night; to the kindness of the staff; my room (107) so tastefully decorated and quiet; the delicious breakfast in the hotel garden. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Converted from an old town house it has 11 rooms. The single room I was in was fantastic. The little public area/room for breakfast was lovely. At the end had got my cereal and juice for breakfast the lady was kind enough to make me some eggs and bacon. And upon check in Laurent was fantastic. So helpful and friendly and gave me lots of info about Antwerp as it was my first time in the city. If anyone ever goes to Antwerp, stay at this hotel. Everything about it is amazing.
