Location is ideal to discover the city centre of Liège. The breakfast is great - our liègeois friends joined us for brunch and they said that they will definitely come back! Staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and comfy. The fireplace in the lobby is a nice place to chill.

Everything! The room is amazing! I don’t really want to leave lol. The public area is very comfortable. The staffs are very willing to help both online and in person. I really have to make a comment before I leave tomorrow because this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed. The price is very reasonable for a studio. Very impressed. And it’s very close to the train station.

My wife and I loved everything about the hotel. It feels like a very hip place to be. It has private parking on site, above or underground, at a fee. Our room was on the 10th floor, which was a surprise and we had a view of the city. The room was spacious and had all amenities. Very quiet and comfortable. On our floor was also a rooftop bar with city views. The breakfast was very tasty and had lots of options. Our small dog was also allowed to stay in the hotel and even come to breakfast. There was a restaurant on the ground floor that had great food and fun atmosphere.

Located near the borders with the Netherlands and Germany, on the Meuse River, the university city of Liège is the largest in Wallonia. This inviting destination has a historic centre with brilliant monuments and flea markets.

    Liege was disappointing. It was untidy with a scruffy feel. Many homeless people and drug taking in plain sight. Much of the riverfront area was roadworks do forced to walk in the backstreets, which did not feel very safe. Too many people just hanging around. Such a disappointment.

    Far nicer towns to visit than Liège and at the moment there are building works everywhere which detracts. Good choice if restaurants although a number of appear to be closed in a Tuesday do best check/book in advance.

    Liège has a small historic centre, characterful and easy to walk around. The river Meuse flows through it, with short and longer boat trips available. For a bit of cardio you can climb the Montagne de Bueren, which is 374 steps up to a great view of the city, a leafy park and a memorial to members of the anti-Nazi resistance. Liège is a mutlicultural university city, so alongside the Belgian specialities (meat eaters should try 'boulet à la liégoise'), you will find restaurants offering cuisine from the Middle East, China, Japan, 'Africa' (country not specified) and more. It's a French speaking city, but many people also speak some English and you'll hear many different languages in the streets. The city has an interesting and surprising history, which you can learn about in the museums Grand Curtius and Musée de la Vie Wallonne. We had a very enjoyable 4-day stay, and left without doing everything we'd planned, but what I really enjoyed the most was the city's relaxed atmosphere and very friendly inhabitants. Above all it was a nice place to hang out in.

    Liège offers some nice views in the city center and one day is a good enough time to walk around the city centre, explore the major attractions and enjoy some local food. A location not so popular with the tourists, Liège can definitely be a worthwhile destination for some relaxed exploration.

    The welcoming and the help we got from the lady at the reception was excellent. She was very understanding and simply SHE was the BEST. I was unable to visit Liege as the trip was a shorter one. May be next time I will be able to do so.

    To spend one night is enough for several days it is better to find something else. The hotel is old and creaky . We were woken at 5am by people shouting in the street throwing things and laughing . The hotel has parking for 15€ per night, probably leaving the car along the street we would have saved something but we preferred to avoid unpleasant surprises.

    Nice big room at front of hotel. All areas very clean. Location opposite the train station is very convenient but be careful of your luggage and bags. We were 'tailgated' into the hotel and an attempt was made to steal a bag from the top of my luggage. Incident was caught on CCTV and staff reported it to local police.
